Visiting Yr Ysgwrn is a unique and magical experience

The historic Yr Ysgwrn farmhouse is open to visitors Tuesday–Sunday, with four guided tours every day.

In the guided tour around the farmhouse, you will learn more about farm life at the turn of the 20th century and hear the heart wrenching story of Hedd Wyn, the national chair-winning poet who lost his life in the First World War.

The walks around Yr Ysgwrn farm fields, picnic areas, café and interactive museum are free, with no need to book. As Yr Ysgwrn is a working farm, only guide dogs are allowed.
